Domaine Raveneau,
Chablis "Montée de Tonnerre" 2007

Why? One of Chablis’ most revered producers, Raveneau is known for crafting highly sought-after, age-worthy wines. This premier cru from 2007 offers superb minerality and depth.

Chassagne-Montrachet "Les Ruchottes" 2007

Why? A benchmark for Chassagne-Montrachet, Ramonet’s "Les Ruchottes" is a refined, elegant premier cru that beautifully expresses its terroir.

Why? Domaine Sauzet is renowned for the finesse and purity of his wines. 1995 is a classical vintage in Burgundy. Wines from Puligny-Montrachet are precise, offering beautiful elegance and minerality.
