La Romanée Bouchard Père & Fils unprecedented tastings

Conducted by Anthony Charmetant and Mathieu Escoffier from Ma Cuisine* Singapore, the wine & dine experience will be composed of a 10 vintages vertical of the illustrious "La Romanée" (from 1998 to 1906), commented by Philippe Prost, ambassador for Bouchard Père & Fils.
On this special occasion, a star Michelin's menu paired with the tasting notes of the vintages will be concocted by Chef Mathieu Escoffier and his team.
After this special dinner, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy and participate live to the "La Romanée Memories 1862 —2005" auction held simultaneously at Beau-Rivage , in order to experience the auction as if they were in the auction room in Geneva.

For this reason, on April 16, 2021, we invite you to celebrate history by “ awakening ” a number of bottles, some of them more than a century old, during a unique moment. For 24 hours, the world of the famous Maison Bouchard Père & Fils will open its doors to you: that of the château as well as that of its exceptional expertise.
Calling all great epicureans in love with Burgundy. This trip starts at the Château de Beaune with a vertical tasting of the famous “ La Romanée ” from 1998 to 1865, through ten vintages commented by Philippe Prost, Bouchard Père & Fils ambassador. To mark the occasion, a menu paired with the tasting notes of the vintages will be created by three Michelin-starred chefs Michel, César and Léo Troisgros and their team.
Saturday morning brings the departure for the vineyards of the famous Chevalier-Montrachet terraces and a tasting of seven white Grands Crus,, after which we will enjoy a convivial picnic in the heart of the vineyards, as a further reminder that wine is above all an elixir for sharing.
